Congratulations to SP&E’s Program of the Month for March, Lipsync, hosted by the Greek Activity Council!
Vincent Sarnelli (‘21) of GAC shares,
“The Lipsync event is an event hosted by the FSL community at Bentley University to showcase the talents of each chapter. This includes chapters formulating routines and practicing together to perform at a competitive level in front of judges with a background in the arts.
Held in the Bentley Arena, this event had the student section, as well as a few other sections full. The Arena staff put together a great setup for us, and the crowd was very involved throughout the whole performance. The Arena gave us more capacity, and gave us the platform that we believed would shed the most positive light on the Bentley Community.
The planning process for this event was one in which we worked closely with the SP&E Office. We took a heightened awareness towards social issues such as gender and cultural appropriation. It was incredible to see such a great turnout in a year with so much change.”
GAC most recently hosted Greek week last week, but A- Board elections are coming up shortly, so if anyone is interested in joining GAC, they should watch their emails for an opportunity to apply!
